Hey there Everyone! First I would like to say Thank You so MUCH for visiting my blog! I love Food! I love Recipes! I am a 31 year old Female who lives in Englewood and fancy myself as a Chef! I took a Year of Culinary school and learned a lot. I just learned that I do not want to cook in a restaurant. I would rather cook for my family and friends. Did I Mention, I Love to cook! Pasta Dough


Got this Recipe from Cookbook Lidia's Family Table (Page 159)
2 Cups all purpose flour
1 egg yolk (from a large egg)
3 large whole eggs
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
